However, it is not very convenient to tag along these gadgets if you are more into extreme stuffs. The battery life is close to 2.5 hours, depends on how aggressively one utilize the GoPro 960. The mounting options are (almost) limitless. The GoPro HD Hero 960 offers you an excellent variety of mounts, you can put it any way you like. It is super easy to carry anywhere and rugged. You might also find yourself enjoying the wide field of view with this model, which is an incredible 170 degree wide angle. You can now ride your mountain bike or motorcycle in style, and later showing it off to your family members and friends.

This model shoots HD at 30 frames per second, which is not a problem to most people unless you demand an excellent slow motion effects. 

Every gadget has its flaws, despite the great features it offers, especially when it comes with a lower price. If you don’t mind the resolution capped at 1280 x 960 and a deleted “Hero Bus” expansion port, GoPro HD Hero 960 will still be a great gadget for you.  Some of the flaws which is clearly visible (you knew about it even before buying that gadget) won’t give you much problem, but it is disappointing to discover unwanted disadvantages after buying the product.

Some customers complained of the lack of sound quality, for example the audio only works great if you place it next to a loud noise you want to highlight, the sound of an engine for instance. You might also find yourself transported back in time when using the menu, which is a bit old-fashioned a bit difficult to use.

If you are looking for an awesome camera at a great price, GoPro HD Hero 960 is perfect for you. If you want to record action moment only for personal use or internet distributions, you can’t ask for more.
